Beach villa Morocco - With the sea lapping at the shores just 40 metres from the terrace, Dar L'Oussia is a very special beach villa near the village of Aglou, 56 miles south of Agadir on the Moroccan coast. A high standard of accommodation is offered throughout, with locally sourced furnishings and ornaments offering an authentic taste of Berber style. In the spacious living and dining area, large windows beautifully frame the lovely sea views.

There are restaurants, grocers and a bakers within 2 miles (possible to walk to via the beach!) whilst near the harbour fresh fish, squid and seasonal lobster are on offer. The nearby walled city of Tiznit which is famous for its silver souks, also has colourful fish, meat, spice and vegetable markets as well as a weekly market. Mirleft, 17 miles south of Aglou, is overlooked by an old French fort and provides authentic French Moroccan restaurants and a market each Monday.

Agadir is a major resort area with a number of attractions including the old city, beach hotels and a Carrefour. There are about 37 miles of virtually deserted beach, save for the local fishermen!  Activities include quad biking, fishing, surfing, walks, hamman and massage, shopping, horse riding and various cultural sightseeing opportunities. Within 35 minutes is the National park of Massa, an ornithologist's paradise with over 250 species of birds, including the very rare bald headed Ibis.

Situated in a private domaine with 12 other villas. Terraced areas planted with mediterranean flowers and shrubs. 10m x 5m pool (depth: 1m - 2m). Ample outdoor seating and dining. Roof terrace.
