This superb, French cottage near Audierne is located on a 15th century Manor estate and has been carefully restored and refurbished with enthusiastic advice from La Societe de Batiments Historiques de France. It is one of the most important 'Grand Manor Houses' in France, which has been continually inhabited for 500 years. A documented history exists dating back to 1344!

As well as a private pool and tennis court, the 100 acre estate includes a small chapel, disused but charming, a 15th century dovecote, a lake and apple orchard. All facilities on the estate will be shared by guests staying in the Manor House, Garden Wing or The Tower.

A local Traiteur can prepare delicious meals - suckling pig or wonderful fresh Breton lobsters and much more -you will be spoilt for choice! The lively summer resort of Audierne offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafes.
There is a wide sandy beach at St. Tugen, 1 mile from this French cottage near Audierne.

Large double bedroom, large double/twin bedroom , both with bathrooms and WC.

Grounds : 100 acre estate with swimming pool and tennis court, shared with Main House and Tower. Pond within the estate.

Beach 1 mile. Audierne 5 miles. Quimper 24 miles. Brest airport 68 miles. Roscoff ferry 85 miles. Sailing, diving, surfing, horse riding, golf and tennis all nearby.
