Lake Como villa- This is a recently renovated property with heated pool that opened for the first time in mid 2008, with a stunning location overlooking Lake Como and the town of Bellagio. The property was designed and built to ensure all client comforts, from the wine cellar on the ground floor, through the sauna and gym area, well equipped kitchen and public areas, to the private pool and garden that enjoys magnificent views across the surrounding countryside.

The views extend to the west over Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta and east towards the Grigne mountain range: to the north are picture postcard views with Bellagio in the foreground and the two branches of Lake Como and the Alps as the backdrop. Within two minutes' drive of the villa are restaurants, pizzerias, a bakery, grocery and café-bar, whilst in Bellagio's historical centre less than 2 miles away there is of course a wider choice of dining options and shops. A local boat service in Bellagio serves the numerous towns and villages around the lake, so this is a good starting point to explore Como. Further afield is the town of Como itself, with Milan, Bergamo and Lugano all within day trip range.

The owners of the property can arrange almost any type of extra service you may require including transfers, chefs, babysitters, boat tours of the lake, car rental and tickets for the opera in Milan or Verona.
