Description Family friendly Tuscany farmhouse - This restored farmhouse dates from 1886. It has been fully restored with great care taken to maintain the original charm and atmosphere of the farmhouse - collections of pots, Tuscan farming tools, terracotta pots, jugs and hand-woven fabrics can be found throughout. All the rooms are decorated with colourful fabrics and country furniture, creating a warm and inviting feel. The ground floor rooms open onto the large garden. The space outside is vast, with an abundance of flowers, fruit trees, olive trees and vineyards - it is easy to find a shaded corner to relax in! Grounds are fully enclosed, making it perfect for children. The small village of Filetole is just a five minute walk with a pizzeria, restaurant, trattoria and a few bars. It is also home to an annual cooking contest in September, where the local village prepares dishes from old family recipes, always good fun! The caretakers occupy a part of the rear of the building, with completely separate entrances, privacy and they do not overlook any client facilities. For a night in, the caretakers can however prepare for you a fare of real Italian cooking - local Tuscan country cuisine! |

Farmhouse style dining room with French doors to garden. Equipped rustic kitchen opening onto a covered dining area with breakfast bar (small external fireplace, ideal for relaxing al fresco). First floor: Children' s twin bedroom Twin bedroom Two double bedrooms (can be converted into two twin bedrooms on prior request) Guest shower room Guest bathroom Grounds: Large, completely enclosed mature grounds (four hectares).
