Description Private villa Umbria : This is a very elegant Italian villa with stunning views built in local stone, stylishly furnished and fully equipped ; there is a main house and separate annexe. There are approximately five acres of enclosed grounds, mostly set to olive groves with well maintained gardens around the villa. There is also a stunning infinity pool with a 180 degree view of the surrounding panorama of Umbrian countryside. This Umbrian villa benefits from exposed ceiling beams, handmade terracotta floors, marble floors in the bathrooms and natural light throughout. It is well located to experience the many fascinating towns and villages of this picturesque region of Italy (that includes southern Tuscany) ensuring many enjoyable day trips. Such smaller and less well known towns include Spello, Trevi, Gubbio, Spoleto and Bevagna - all within easy reach. The nearby village of Casemasce has two small groceries, two small bars for that essential morning cappuccino and pastry as well as a petrol station. There are also two bicycles available that should be rented in advance if required (payable).Details include a courtyard area with seating for dining al fresco, a vegetable garden for guests use and sun loungers especially acquired from the famous seaside resort of Rimini. Inside the villa there are heated towel rails, orthopaedic beds and pillows, country antiques and various other effects to ensure a perfect Italian holiday.
