Description Villa Pianicara is a stunning property on one of the world's most exclusive coastlines. The perfectly manicured gardens slope gently down towards the secluded sandy beach, the elegant and spacious living areas offer divine sea views and the gently heated swimming pool offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There is a beach within 150 metres and a restaurant within five minutes walk. Located near Porto Rotondo in the northeast of Sardinia, this is a region known for its spectacular coastline and impressive beaches. The house itself enjoys a picturesque location amongst olive trees, with sea views. The property has been thoughtfully designed with luxury high on the agenda: a large open plan living area, some bedrooms have either walk in wardrobes, Jacuzzi and/or king size beds, all elegantly furnished. The grounds themselves enjoy a heated swimming pool with hydro-jet for exercising, underwater music and Jacuzzi area, alfresco kitchen with barbeque, fridge, electric hob and granite table and benches and other seating. Maid service is included for six days per week as are the services of a private chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A continental breakfast is included each day, whilst your chef will source local ingredients and cook to order during your stay as requested for other meals. The property further benefits from a mooring buoy and home cinema system. If something more energetic is on the agenda, clients may wish to go exploring on one of the two mountain bikes provided, play tennis (there is a court within 500m) or use the small private gym (a trainer can be arranged on request). |
