Le Tornaie is an elegantly designed villa just five minutes walk from the local sandy beach, marina and café. On offer is cool, modern living, in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia.
Built over two levels, there are comfortable living areas and modern furnishings throughout. The master bedroom benefits from a balcony and sea views, with good mountain views from the other bedrooms. Facilities include English sky television, wi-fi internet and 1000 metres² of enclosed grounds.
The open plan living/dining area with fireplace, opens onto both front and rear terraces leading to the large spaces surrounding the house. Opportunities for alfresco dining abound, with seating for 8, alongside a barbecue surrounded by lawn and citrus trees. A fully fitted spacious modern kitchen and elegant bathroom spread from the main living quarter. Below the ground level, a basement is set up as a games room with dartboard and sofa bed available as extra sleeping space.
Pula is located on the south east of the island, renowned for long stretches of beaches, bays and coves. Further attractions include close proximity to an aqua-park (Blu fan), Roman ruins (at Nora) and international golf club within 10 minutes drive. The owner also has a small private yacht which is available to hire (at extra cost) from a mooring two minutes from the villa. Fishing trips can be arranged at the local harbor (with resultant catch cooked for you afterwards!)
