The house itself has a nice clean designer look about it: a modern decor, yet maintaining the original characteristic alcoves, arches and stone work. The facilities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, underfloor heating (so the property is possible to rent at any time of year) and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with flat screen television and comfortable seating area.
The living area opens to the terrace (barbecue area and garden) with internal doors to the bedrooms, whilst one bedroom also has French doors out to the terrace. The garden itself has a pergola, barbecue and attractive countryside views. The pool has a stepped entrance, is fenced and is heated (except during July-August).
The location is the heart of Puglia. Nearby are the stunning beaches of Torre Canne and Capitolo and the World Heritage town of Alberobello is just 5 minutes drive. There is a weekly market in Alberobello (Thursdays), a zoo safari theme park and the Castellana Grotte (caves) to explore.
