Sleeping just five persons with a private pool and picturesque views, this is a perfect escape for a small family looking to enjoy the best of Tuscany. With tiled floors, beamed ceilings and a kitchen with traditional fireplace, this restoration has retained the flavor of its original state, now with modern conveniences including air conditioning. There is a covered portico/seating to one side of the property and French doors facing the pool area with glorious countryside views from the grounds. The bedrooms are simple but comfortable, the living room has French doors backing onto the garden and terrace. The kitchen retains classic Tuscan charm. The village of Palaia one kilometre distant has places to eat and a limited collection of shops, whilst a larger supermarket is just 5 kms away. |
