Description Spacious Italian villa - Villa Gialla is a classic restored Italian villa. It has many preserved original features, such as frescoed ceilings, set in spacious rooms. It is a delightful property and represents the quintessentially classic villa so reminiscent of the famous Lucchese villas of days gone by. It is a large property and comfortably accommodates sixteen. The al fresco dining area by the pool is delightful in the summer. Set on the edge of a hill, it benefits from open views. The location is fantastic: the nearby walled city of Lucca with its cobbled streets, chic shops and restaurants is enticingly close whilst the green hillside surrounding this property belies its closeness to the sea - the nearest beach is a comfortable thirty minute journey. The famous Cinque Terre, Carrara, Florence and Pisa are all in acceptable driving range, as is the Chianti countryside for which Tuscany is so well known. |

Ornate frescoes on walls and ceilings. Double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and hydro massage bath. Frescoed ceiling.
