Description This is a charming holiday villa in Le Marche with style and ambience located in the peaceful surrounds of this relatively undiscovered part of Italy. The villa is divided into three apartments (first floor and ground floor levels) so is suitable for two or more families wanting to travel together, sharing the swimming pool, tennis court and grounds (or each apartment can be rented separately, please call for details). There are sweeping views in all directions, both towards the Appenine mountains and surrounding vineyards. This Le Marche villa is located in grounds of about one hectare, dominated by olive trees. The ground floor apartment (Lanterna) is about 180m², tastefully decorated with terracotta floors, stone walls and a large fireplace and can accommodate six people. The larger upper apartment (Loggia) is accessed via an external staircase and is approximately 200m² with terracotta flooring, wood beamed ceilings and can accommodate eight people. The 'Cantina' accommodates four persons across 55 metres² , with its own independant entrance. The property is well positioned to explore the surrounding countryside and a short drive from several fascinating medieval towns, whilst the sparkling sea of the famous San Benedetto del Tronto and its sandy beach is about twenty minutes.
