Description Italy apartment Le Marche - This is a first floor apartment in Le Marche built within a charming country farmhouse located in the peaceful surrounds of this relatively undiscovered part of Italy. The property is divided into three apartments (first floor and ground floor levels), sharing the swimming pool and grounds (these apartments can be rented together, see Casale San Benedetto IT63 so the property is taken as one unit). There are sweeping views in all directions, both towards the Appenine mountains and the surrounding vineyards. The property itself is located in grounds of about one hectare, dominated by olive trees. La Loggia is accessed via a seperate external staircase to the other apartments and is approximately 200m² with terracotta flooring, wood beamed ceilings and can accommodate eight people. The property is well positioned to explore the surrounding countryside and a short drive from several fascinating medieval towns, whilst the sparkling sea of the famous San Benedetto del Tronto and its sandy beach is about twenty minutes.
