Description Nestled in verdant countryside near Pisa and the famous Puccini lake is villa Il Gallinaio, a beautifully appointed property. Set over two levels, the main accommodation comprises some 530m² of space, whilst there is a separate building (the former Limonaia) that has an indoor pool and sauna in the grounds. This is a property that will suit those looking to enjoy the best of the Tuscan beaches - the popular resort of Viareggio is just a short journey at 15 mins, whilst on other days, one may care to enjoy the covered indoor pool or the attractive and spacious grounds around the villa (some 4000m²). The property is well poised to explore Tuscany and its riches: attractions such as Carrara and the Michelangelo marble caves are one hour away, whilst Pietrasanta 'the artists town' is within 30 minutes. The property itself is well presented: the living area has a large fireplace and opens to the garden via French doors, the kitchen is well equipped and opens to a terrace with bbq and seating for al fresco dining.
