Description Large luxury Tuscany villa - Set in a peaceful verdant valley in southern Tuscany is this luxuriously renovated 18th century farmhouse, a haven of nature and tranquility with all modern comforts. The Tenuta di Sassetta is located on a large country estate, typical of the Maremma coastline in this region. The property benefits from about three hectares of maintained gardens and has spacious accommodation (divided over a main house and two separate apartments). There is the possibility to organize excursions, wine tastings, cooking lessons and chef services for lunch and dinner via the owner who lives in a separate building nearby. This property represents an excellent choice for a large family gathering or group of friends perhaps on a special celebration. There are communal dining areas. There are seven ensuite bedrooms in the main villa, with two separate adjacent apartments each sleeping two persons. In addition two of the bedrooms on the ground floor of the main villa can also be converted to a mini apartment that might suit a small family. The house is well located for exploring this fascinating part of Tuscany, being near the coast so boat trips to nearby islands like Monte Cristo are possible during the summer, whilst medieval towns and charming historical villages like Sassetta, Suvereto and San Vincenzo are pleasant day trips. |
