The main house comprises some 3,300 square feet whilst the cottage in the garden is some 500 square feet in size. Local attractions include Lake Trasimeno (that has its own ' beaches' and shallow bathing waters) with activities for children and including water sports like sailing and wind surfing for adults. Other attractions within a short distance of the villa include an Alpaca Farm, a water park at Citta di Castello, a zoo and other wildlife parks and of course the famous chocolate factory at Perugia (a wonderful place for a guided tour!)
