Located mid way between Florence and Siena deep in Chianti countryside is the stone apartment Orcio. This carefully restored property is part of a larger building housing two other apartments, each with independent entrance and grounds. Surrounded by flowering hedges and stone walls, Orcio is located on a larger estate with some other apartments and a private villa, also featured by Quality Villas.
Terracotta paths lead through the well maintained gardens to each individual residence, whilst every property has its own small garden and patio area. There are the wider grounds of the estate itself to explore, whilst there is a good size communal swimming pool at guests disposal.
Orcio sleeps just four persons with a double and twin room, ideal for a small family wishing to experience this charming part of Tuscany. The decor is of a high standard throughout with original colour schemes, antique furniture and of course modern amenities for guest comfort.
The estate office can arrange a host of extra services including airport transfers, bike tours, cooking lessons, booking of museum and event tickets and chef services. Within one or two kilometres of the estate there are tennis courts, horse riding stables, restaurants and banks.
