Villa Como - This is a recently renovated property that opened for the first time in mid 2008, with a stunning location overlooking lake Como and the town of Bellagio. The property was designed and built to ensure all client comforts from the wine cellar on the ground floor, through the sauna and gym area, well equipped kitchen and public areas (including modern amenities such as flat screen television) to the private pool and garden that enjoys magnificent views across the surrounding countryside. The views extend to the west over Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta, East towards the Grigne mountain range, whilst to the north are picture postcard views with Bellagio in the foreground and the three branches of lake Como and the Alps as the back drop.
Within two minutes drive of the property are restaurants, pizzerias, a bakers, grocers and bar whilst in Bellagio towns historical centre are of course a greater choice of dining options and shops. There is a local boat service in Bellagio that serves the numerous towns and villages around the lake, meaning this is a good starting point to explore Como itself. Further afield there is Como town, Milan, Bergamo and Lugano within day trip range.
The owners of the property can arrange almost any type of extra service you may require including transfers, chefs, babysitters, lake boat tours, car rental and opera in either Milan or Verona.
