Villa in Sicily near beach - located in a leafy, green corner with a spectacular panorama of mountains all around is Borgo San Vito, a charming property built in a Mediterranean style on the north-western tip of Sicily.

Whilst not being luxurious, the property is of a good standard throughout and retains many original features; sympathetically restored wooden rafters and rustic furnishings lend a certain charm and sober elegance. There are various covered, terraced areas for dining al fresco, whilst the pool area is in a shady part of the garden, surrounded by olive trees. The garden itself contains fruit trees, almond trees and other native plants unique to this fascinating island.

There are several points of interest in the area, including Erice, Trapani, Segesta and the Egadi islands. San Vito Lo Capo, the nearby seaside village, has a beach and restaurants.

Double bedroom (low ceiling, not ideal for tall guests)

Private 6m x 2.6m swimming pool (open 25/4-26/09 approx), outdoor shower, covered terraced areas with seating, BBQ.
Three adult & one child bicycle provided
Please note there is a small olive grove to the side of the property in which some chickens roam freely. Clients are free to take eggs for personal use.
