This is a beautifully renovated, spacious Italian villa near Sansepolcro set in a green, verdant location. This charming villa is fully enclosed in well maintained gardens and is perfect for families, with a large private swimming pool. The accommodation has been elegantly restored with tiled floors and beamed ceilings and the thoughtful owners have paid careful attention to the smaller details, ensuring the comfort of their guests.


Although rented as one villa, the property is in fact divided into three units, each with its own living space, kitchen and separate entrance should one or more families wish to travel together but retain a small amount of privacy.  There are two dining areas where all the guests can eat together - one inside the villa and another on the covered terrace area outside. There is also a wonderful function room within the grounds, available on request and at extra cost, which is ideal for special occasions and celebration dinners; this comes complete with chef.

There is lots here to keep the whole family busy; six mountain bikes are provided for you to explore the nearby countryside, or just pop along to the local shop. There is a ping pong table and boules pitch in the garden and approximately 100 metres from the villa is a small, private fishing lake for keen anglers.

Osanna is the perfect base from which to explore this fabulous region in the heart of Italy with the best of everything this beautiful country has to offer.

Separate air-conditioned building with kitchen and large communal dining area/function room (NB this can be used only where the chef has been engaged to prepare meals for the guests and is not otherwise available). Table tennis, boules pitch. Archery (on request, tuition provided). Small fishing lake. Please note rods and tackle are not provided.
