This large Italian villa rental is a fully restored farmhouse set in the hills north of historic Lucca. It is divided into two separate wings, each self-sufficient, and is thus ideal for two families holidaying together. The villa is of course rented as one complete unit, since the property is also fully communicating with internal doors.

A large gravelled terrace runs the length of the villa, which offers al fresco dining amongst traditional Tuscan lemon pots with delightful views all round. A covered terrace sits to the side of the property, whilst there are also several other shaded seating areas.This Italian villa rental has been carefully restored with full air conditioning, classic country style furniture and welcoming Tuscan colours and fabrics. There are mosquito nets over the windows and the thoughtful owners have taken great care in offering many other comforts.

A large pool sits below the property: a gate separates the approach from the house. Part way between the pool and the villa is a second elevated area that is now a secluded covered gym, with a small variety of exercise equipment.
This Italian villa rental is set in a lovely position in the heart of the countryside, yet is only a 15 minute drive to the walled medieval town of Lucca.

You will find plenty of restaurants and shops in this lively town, which is such a pleasure to stroll around. Other towns in the region are easily reachable including Pisa, Montecatini or Florence. For easy access to Florence and to avoid the difficulty of parking in the city itself, it is just a short drive to Lucca's train station and a train journey of about an hour will take you right into the heart of Florence.
An Italian chef can be arranged by prior request. This Italian villa rental is available all year round.
