The first time I entered this villa I was impressed by its immaculate look which is regularly updated by its enthusiastic owner. Each room has been tastfully decorated in its own individual style and has a very welcoming feel. Spread over one floor and divided into two interconnecting apartments, the entire property is very comfortable and equipped with all comforts you may require during your holidays. The views from the pool and garden are to die for! The owner is really nice and available to satisfy your needs during your holiday. A few hundred yards from this villa there is a mini market, and just up the road you have a good restaurant/ pizzeria called Antico Borgo where you can even order your pizzas to take away or you can try the other restaurant in Iano called La Piazzetta del Borgo. The location of Villa Ginestra is simply perfect to explore some of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, such as Volterrra, Certaldo, Vinci and San Gimignano all featuring very interesting "sagre" (village gastronomic/ cultural festivals).
