Located near the quiet Tuscan village of Palaia, in the province of Pisa, Villa Arco enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and is a perfect escape for a small family looking to enjoy the best of Tuscany. 

Careful restoration has retained the charm of the original house, such as tiled floors, beamed ceilings and a traditional fireplace, whilst adding modern conveniences such as air-conditioning combined with simple yet comfortable furnishings.

The village of Palaia is only about half a mile away with places to eat and a limited selection of shops, whilst a larger supermarket is just 3 miles away.  Within 45 minutes you can be in Pisa visiting the world famous leaning tower, or within an hour you could be exploring the narrow streets and ramparts of the ancient walled town of Lucca.
