Italy vacation rental - Rosario is a charming and attractive Tuscan farmhouse located on a private estate just outside the town of Lucca. Fully restored in recent years by craftsmen using local materials, the property has oak-beamed ceilings, terracotta flooring and classic Tuscan furniture whilst offering all modern conveniences.

Each bedroom has its own allocated bathroom (three are ensuite) and the house comfortably accommodates twelve.
Rosario enjoys a good position, just minutes from vibrant Lucca - a remarkable walled city that is perfect for shopping, eating out or simply sightseeing. Pisa and Florence are also within easy striking distance.

The coast is also close (for the blue flag beaches of Tuscany, including fashionable Forte dei Marmi) and the Chianti Classico area is similarly within day trip distance, as are gems such as Siena and San Gimignano. Please note there is a stream near the property so care should be taken with children.

Private 12m x 5m pool (partially overlooked). Gazebo. Dining terrace. Please note that the pool is not visible from the villa. Please note on the estate is another property also featured by Quality Villas ' Il Maniero' IT685. It is possible to book this also to accommodate groups of 32 across two properties. Both properties are independent of each other. The owners are also resident on the estate in a separate building and act as caretakers for any client requests whilst client privacy is respected at all times.

Lucca 2.5 miles, Pisa 25 mins, Viareggio and the coast 25 mins, Florence 1 hr 10 mins, San Gimignano/Siena 1 hr 30 mins. Riding stables 3 miles, tennis courts (500 metres) available for hire. Bicycle hire in Lucca. Nearest airport: Pisa. Other possible airports: Genoa, Bologna 1 hr 50 mins, Forli 2 hrs 40 mins.
