Located in the Chianti region of Italy, just 19 miles south of Florence, Il Capoccio is a large property set in a green oasis of olive trees and Mediterranean plants, offerering a luxurious base for a Tuscan holiday.  The property dates back over 100 years, with many original features retained amongst its modern amenities.

Sleeping 22 across a main villa and annex (cottage) the property includes a ' wellness centre' with a heated jacuzzi, sauna and small gym. The stunning outdoor pool area also sports a jacuzzi feature, meaning plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation.

The property is ideally located for the best of Tuscany, with many of the most important towns and cities of the region all close by. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 1 mile away, whilst the delightful village of Greve in Chianti offers a wider selection of shops and places to eat.
